Extending our Property Finder Services to the whole of the French Riviera
Following Customer demand, we have extended our property search services to cover the Alpes-Maritimes as well as the Var. It is natural when looking for a home in the South of France to be able to check for the best available properties over an extended area covering both the east and west side of the French Riviera, from Cannes and Nice on the east side to St Tropez and Toulon on the west. Our consultants have knowledge of this wider area, as they are physically located across the Var and the Alpes-Maritimes. This is also why we have adopted Smartfinder Home name in replacement of Smartfinder Var.
Accessing 100% of the property market
When we say our search covers 100% of the property market, we mean this. We use the property website directory we have compiled as a way of ensuring we scan the whole market to find the houses that really match our customer’s requirements. We will naturally first look towards our partner agencies, but we do not limit our search to our partners. It is you as the buyer and satisfying your specific needs that is our top priority. Currently we believe we are the only property finders who follow this approach.
