Here in the South of France, we were relishing a superb mid season day. As I often say, it's the mid season that is best, and yet so few tourists are here to notice it.
To make the point, in addition to the photos taken today, I am also sharing some of the better webcams that cover the South of France.
Here below is a list of webcams in the region. To help sustain you through the long winter months and the daylight change, just click on one of these. knowing that a weekend escape here is safe and easy to do.
It is also the best time to offer yourself or your partner a special break, with out of season air fares and stays in the Intercontinental Carlton Hotel or a luxury villa at one third of the summer rate.

You can add this page or the webcams to your favourites, share it with colleagues.
And if you know of more good webcams in the South of France, please share them in the comments or via email and I will be pleased to add them to this list.
So in response to the question on facebook, where was that picture taken ?
The croisette, which of course is in Cannes.
And in the bay, those are not dolphins, but swimmers :)
